Sunday Morning- Oven Pancakes with fresh fruit

For Sunday morning breakfast made Brock and Brayden pancakes but not the usual pancakes .Found this recipe from Ina Garten for Oven Pancakes. What caught my eye,
Ina wrote they take 15 minutes and WOW the family first thing in the morning.
The boys said "they loved them".Used fresh strawberries, kiwi, and grapes with a few blackberries for fruit mixture but any fresh fruit would be good , drizzled maple syrup over and dusted with icing sugar.

Recipe:
1 cup each of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or whatever fruit is at hand
1 TBSP. sugar
2 TBSP. unsalted butter melted, plus 4 tsp. butter for the dishes
3 extra large eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange or lemon zest
3/4 tsp. sea salt
maple syrup and icing sugar for garnish
Preheat oven to 425.
Combine fruit with sugar , set aside.Place 4 (6 -7 inch) individual ramekin dishes on sheet pan. Place 1 tsp. butter in each dish.
Place eggs in bowl of electric mixer fitted with whisk attachment. and beat on medium speed until mixed. Add milk and combine. Slowly add flour, vanilla and orange zest, 2 TBSP. melted butter and salt, mix til just smooth.
Place the ramekins in the oven for 3 minutes, til butter hot and bubbly.
Make sure the butter covers the bottom of each dish. Immediately divide the batter equally between the dishes, bake for 12-14 minutes, til puffed and lightly brown.
Divide berries between the dishes , dress with maple syrup and icing sugar..Seve piping hot.
Loved this dish will make this again.
Think this would make a fantastic Valentine Day breakfast dish.
