Spring?

Today in southern Ontario winter has returned after temps of 5 C. yesterday to - 10 C. with 100 K. winds. Winter with a vengeance.
To remind myself that spring is not too far away I found this picture of my garden from last spring, just had to post it.

I visited my favourite garden web site to lighten my mood by thinking green. I can garden , has lots of great info there, .
On it I found a wonderful quote .

"We make our world by the life we lead,
by the friends we have,
by the books we read,
by the pity we show in the hour of care,
by the loads we lift and love we share."
Alfred Grant Walton.

I'm so happy to see one of my grandfather's poems on your space! (Dr. Alfred Grant Walton). He wrote many books of poetry during the 1930-1950s. When I was growing up he was pastor of the largest Congregational church in the U.S., in New York City. I love to garden also! Laura in Connecticut
