Cloud Bread

On my continued effort  to cut carbs. Decided to try making Cloud Bread. Seen it everywhere   on the Internet  to a favourite , Pinterest..For a first time  try turned out not bad. Larger than I expected.
Added rosemary, of course  , sea salt and  garlic powder to top...
I have read to let them   rest overnight  to become more bread like. So will report tomorrow  if they do .

Made a sandwich with cloud bread today. Bread is a bit sticky. Mild flavour. Glad I added garlic powder and rosemary to it. Next time will add more and bake a bit longer. Good substitute for carb laden bread.
