Ready?
I am checking my lists!
Home decorated? Yes . With that in mind here
are a few more Christmasy touches sprinkled thru the house. .
On the bathroom vanity just a simple touch , saw something similar at Bowrings and came home and made my version.
Lacey tray with hand towels , a few glass beads, mercury glass votive holders with red votives ....
so simple but so effective |
Decorated several trays, this one sits on kitchen island.....
apothecary jars filled with Xmas ornaments also sit on tray |
Glass candle stick with ornament dangling .......
looks so cute |
Tree is up !
Home is decorated!
Check.
As Martha says it is a good thing to take a break from all the hustle and bustle.......
I find each afternoon I take a mini break and have a Chai latte, while I check my lists of to do things .
Found a great product by David Rio , makes the best packaged Chai I have had... plus low calorie...
with Christmas mug!favourite flavour Orca Spice |
So what is left on my To- do list :
Finish knitting hat, halfway there!
Gift shopping is done . Check number 2!
Christmas cards made check #3 .
Addressing cards , started!
Baking plans made , not started!
Still to do, a big one, wrapping!
I see a lot of mid afternoon tea breaks in my future.....
Please don`t tell me you are done!

Far from it. The chai latte sounds wonderful! I need to step it up a bit. :) xo
Wow, you've done well with your list! Love your decorating too!
Rosemary, oh, my goodness! I wish I had your organizational, creative skills. I still have to slay a tree and haul it in, yadayadayada.
Love all the touches of the holidays in your home. Just beautiful!
Hi Rosemary, It's looking Very Festive at your house!! I enjoy a cup of chai latte whenever I can, but have never heard of this brand. Hmmm. I'll have to look it up!! :-)
Best wishes!!
I'm working on getting my Christmas knitting done too, I am so tired of it! That'll teach me to try to learn how to do lace on short notice. Good luck getting yours done. :)
Wow Rosemary, I'm impressed! My tree is up and mantel is done-that's it. Now to add touches to other rooms and the front door! Then I have to do more gift shopping, plan the baking- I'd better make a list! I'll have to try the Chai Latte, maybe while I put my list together. Have a great week!

Hi Rosemary,
Done! Are you kidding? I have only barely started! I have only a few gifts, none of them wrapped. No baking done, no cards sent...Yikes! I need to get it in gear. As you point out, there are only 23 days left until the big day!
It's all beautiful! So festive. Puts one in the Christmas mood. I just stumbled into your blog and will be sticking around. Thanks for sharing
