Christmas in July - making Christmas Ornaments

With the 3 H's  in this area it was  too hot to even go to the beach even for a couple of hours....Brittany  and I spent  a couple of hours thinking of  snow and cold......... making Christmas ornaments..
Using Pledge  floor finish, several sizes of glass ornaments and  many  colours of glitter.

Shaking  pledge  to cover interior

Brittany pouring glitter into ornament after adding pledge floor finish.

Shaking glitter to cover  interior.

Purple  and turquoise glitter by Martha Stewart

Florentine Gold ,  Smokey Quartz, White gold  and silver used as well.

Brittany combined  fine smoky quartz and purple in this one.
We ended up covered in glitter  thank goodness we did this on shade covered back patio... Was  a fun  way to spend  a morning....if you want to try  this craft found it on You Tube seems it has been around for several years.

Beautiful ornaments Rosemary. A great idea on a hot & humid day!
