Brittany's Hokey Pokey Ice Cream Pie with Skor

On one of the hottest days of the summer and after  a refreshing early morning dip in the lake what to do with the rest of the day ?

Perhaps  ice cream pie ?  Faux baking it is!
Brittany  making the  sugar waffle cone crust in  food processor.

With the melted butter mixed with cone crumbs,  pressing mixture  into  pie plate.

Hokey pokey ice cream, toffee ice cream streaked with chocolate and dotted with milk chocolate sponge toffee bits scooped into crust. Topped with crushed Skor bars.......scooped into crust.(Brittany's  hair is still wet from shower getting all the sand off , Sand Sand and  more Sand LOL)


Frozen  and looking Delicious! Brittany.

 Gilded the lily with some whipped cream.
Yummy it is!
Certainly  having the oven on is not an option.
