Christmas Cactus

For Bloomin Tuesday

The only plant still flowering in November , is the misnamed Christmas Cactus that routinely flowers this month . This year the blooms are opening on the one side, the other side is still forming buds. Should have a very long blooming cactus ..something pretty to look at for several weeks..

I love Christmas Cactus's and think I may have to get one for my desk to bring some colour to my new location.

Someday I'll have more than one house plant...just have this ivy like office plant.

Glad to see you have flowers. Of course this time is also good for stopping at the florist.

Wanted to thank you for some great ideas for my shade bed...think Holly will work well if I plant it near the front of bed.

So pretty! My cactus that was blooming so exuberantly is looking pretty bleak right now. I will soon repot it (when it's finished blooming), as it's been several years... :-)

What a lovely cactus! I used to have a couple of these, thanks for reminding me how pretty they are. I will have to take a trip and pick one up for the season (or two, lol!)

thanks for dropping by my blog
