Lincoln Star Clematis

This clematis planted late last fall is now flowering . The flower size is huge , 6 inches wide. The colouring lives up to its description with pale pink edges with deep rose centers and dark red stamens.
This vine is continuing to climb up the arbour and is now 6 feet tall.
Impressed with the first season of this plant.

This is Gorgeous!! :-) I've just started 'Nelly Moser' this Spring. It came bare root, so right now it's still in a pot. Hopefully I can get it planted SOON! The coloring looks similar to your clematis, but I doubt the blossoms will be that large. (We'll see... and hope!) ;-)

I love clematis...I think had this one ...the color is amazing...Dan...really likes to move things around...and well they do not like to be moved. I bought another one...and he moved it as well...but.... it is still alive just will not flower... :(
