Plum, Blueberry and Peach Cobbler
It is now that wonderful time of the year with summer fruits reaching their peak....... Made a quick dessert using yellow plums, blueberries and the first of this season's peaches...
love peaches..... Topped with a drop tea biscuit , spiced the fruit with 1/2 tsp. mace........
Drop Tea biscuits:
1 cup white flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons butter -- softened
1/4 cup milk -- or more if needed
Preheat oven to 375°F. Measure flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add butter to bowl and rub butter into flour with your fingers or a fork. Add milk to make a thick batter, stirring only until dough sticks together. Drop by teaspoonfuls on top of fruit 2-3 cups sweetened with 1/2 cup of white sugar.
Bake 25 -35 minutes til fruit is bubbly and biscuits cooked through.
Served with my new favourite topping, whipped chocolate cream....

Looks yummy. Where do you get chocolate cream?
