Oven Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Don't you miss summertime tomatoes, their rich flavour.
This dish is almost as good as the fresh from the garden tomatoes.
This recipe is from Canadian Living.
4 cups. cherry tomatoes
2 TBSP. olive oil
1 TBSP. Balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. basil ( used Mrs. Dash's Garlic and herb blend)
Optional, pinch of hot pepper flakes
Toss together ingredients.
Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
Since there is just 2 of us I did halve the recipe.
Served them with simple oven baked pork chops.
