Babysitting?

This week I am enjoying babysitting at Sherry's tho baby is questionable as my grandsons are not babies.
So far we have been running to hockey and band practice and playing runescape and pogo games.

Since I am in Gramma mode made some choc late cupcakes from scratch, basic cake recipe with added chocolate chips and vanilla to jazz it up.
The best part was a new chocolate icing I made that turned out to be so rich and tasty. Brayden helped ice and decorate the cupcakes.
They look good and taste even better.
Best Chocolate Icing
1 cup butter, soft
2 cups icing sugar
1/3 cup dutch process cocoa( this type gives a richer taste)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup milk( or more to get mixture spreadable )
Mix all ingredients together
Makes enough to ice lavishly 24 cupcakes or a double layer cake.
